Gardener collects scraps from restaurants, residents for community compost

One of my favorite news packages I pitched during my internship at the Tallahassee Democrat was the Community Composting effort started by Sundiata Ameh-el. He collected food scraps from local businesses and residences to teach high school students in Frenchtown how to make their own compost and live sustainably.
